I'm Alyssa, a dedicated yoga teacher and practitioner of over nine years. As a Yoga Alliance certified teacher, I guide students of all levels through Hatha, Yin, and Vinyasa practices. My lessons honor the rich history and traditions of yoga, focusing on physical and emotional strength, balance, and resilience.
This 30-minute virtual intro class is just for first-time students, and it’s a great chance for us to get to know each other before meeting in-person. We’ll talk about your goals and how we can tailor your lessons to support your personal yoga journey. I’ll also help you prepare for your upcoming in-person lessons so you feel comfortable and ready to dive in.
Private lessons are 60 to 90 minutes in length, and may be held in my personal studio, virtually, in the student's home, or in a public space.
